great service but needs better room maintenance

The service exceeded my expectations. The staff treated us well, ensuring all our needs were met. The excellent location made it easy to explore the nearby ruins, emphasizing its prime access to nature and local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the garden view that enhanced our experience, with the surrounding greenery offering a sense of tranquility.

The room had some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall comfort of our stay.

Amazing setting, superbly friendly and accommodating staff.

The place was fairly clean, spacious and airy rooms. Wide varieties of incredible food at breakfast. Location near the glorious ruins, and the park entrance. Also, so close to the temples. Honestly no complaint...

Was a great place for trip. The OUTSTANDING food was a good touch. The room was airy and big size with air conditioning and fan included.

Early morning jungle sounds were very nice, and we loved exploring Tikal after enjoying some homemade food in the restaurant. The wildlife around the grounds added a sense of adventure for the whole family.

My kids wished there were better baby facilities available.

The stay was very nice, recommend. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff and the place was clean. The breakfast was satisfactory and the parking was on-site. My room was big with fans and a private bathroom, for example as described.

The food at Jaguar Inn's restaurant was really good, with local flavors shining through every dish. Plus, the proximity to Tikal made it easy to catch those fine sunrise and sunset tours. The staff were friendly and created a cute atmosphere!

Even though it's right near the park, the closeness to the car park kinda ruins that secluded jungle feel. Plus, the room had some plumbing issues, made it a bit uncomfortable.

Great Jungle Getaway!

The staff were friendly and helped us feel at home. Don't forget to bring a flashlight, as the lights go out at night! Comfortable, but beware of curious jungle critters.

Charming, lush, lush

The employees were great too ensure my comfort, especially when they arranged our sunrise tour to the ancient ruins. Dining here was a delight, with really tasty dishes that showcased local flavors and an inviting atmosphere!

Great location near Tikal. Wi-Fi was weak in the room.

Great spot near the entrance. Each bungalow features a little terrace with a hammock, perfect for relaxation after exploring.

Location too close to the public parking area lacking that serene feel. The bathroom suffered from sewage issues which left a lingering odor after it was 'fixed. ' Water pressure in the shower barely dribbled, and the generator-powered electricity meant hot showers were inconsistent, suitable only for those who enjoy cold ones. No window screens allowed bugs in, and while the meal options were plentiful, I found the dining service to be on the lackluster side.

Comfortable bed but poor bathroom cleanliness.

The grounds of Hotel Jaguar Inn Tikal were beautiful, immersed in the lush jungle. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, consistently assisting us with our needs .

More accessible seating in common areas would be helpful.

The jaguar inn has a fine courtyard filled with wildlife. Our beautiful king room was comfy, with lovely local touches.

The breakfast here was amazing, with a ton of different options to pick from. Honestly, I didn't want to leave and I'd definitely book another stay here in the future. 🥐
